Best Blog Name Ever?

My sister takes the silver medal!

And she’s obviously a much better runner than me. Today, she came in second in the 30-34 women’s category in the 29th annual Mozart Mile. She finished in 28 minutes and 40 seconds. Much better than Joanne and I did when we ran a 5k recently. Not bad at all for a woman who gave birth less than 4 months ago.

6+4 Week 1: Get up at 6am

Getting up late — or at least at the last possible minute — has been a bad habit of mine since as long as I can remember. This is how I plan to change that.

Capital Ring, Stage 2

After a few months off, we completed the second stage of the Capital Ring last Sunday. This stage took us form Falconwood to Grove Park and is one of the shortest stages of the Capital Ring (only 4.2 miles from station to station).

6 + 4 = better habits?

There are a number of bad habits I have that I’ve wanted to change. I’ve narrowed them down to a list of six things that really bother me or that I need to change for one reason or another and will be tackling them one by one over the next ten weeks.
