I think Twitter probably works best for those of us who are sat in front of a computer all day.

It will send text messages to your phone, and you can reply by text.  In the UK, there is a charge for each text you send (or was several months ago).  I'm not sure if this is the case in the US.

I suspect it's even easier to keep track of for those lucky(?) souls who have iPhones.</description>
