Twice around the Common
Sunday 11 May 2008, 7:59 pm
Today I went for a run on Clapham Common. I ran on the Common last weekend, but I hadn’t run outside since I sprained my ankle. I have been spending a fair bit of time on the treadmill at the gym, though, and I’ve been using the heart rate monitor David gave me [...]

My sister takes the silver medal!
Sunday 7 October 2007, 10:39 pm

Much better than Joanne and I did when we ran a 5k recently. Not bad at all for a woman who gave birth less than 4 months ago.
