Stability and Mobility for Healthy Natural Running (by NaturalRunningCenter)
I’ll be returning to running in about two weeks. I’ve been looking for some tradition exercises to compliment the yoga I’ve been doing to make sure I’m ready for this and to focus on balance, strength and core stability.
This video from the Natural Running Center is exactly what I was looking for. It includes a number of familiar exercises, but importantly it includes detailed instructions to ensure your doing the exercises correctly and engaging the right muscles. Incredibly useful.
