Nice PDF of stability, mobilization and strengthening exercises from Princeton University. I’m using this in conjunction with the Natural Running Centre’s video on Stability and Mobility to get a sense of what decent sets and reps are for those exercises. I suspect I might work a few of the additional exercises into my routine.
